Description The Portfolio Manager works with Lenders, Credit Administration, Secured Lending, Compliance, Commercial Documentation, Commercial Loan Operations, Commercial Banking Platform Specialist and is responsible for the maintenance of loan files, records, and the preparation of various reports. Will be responsible for entering and maintaining data into our bank managed software. Request all third-party appraisals required and obtain reports while ensuring all is within compliance. Responsible for overseeing renewals and covenant tracking of loans. Generate and provide requested reports as necessary on team's loan portfolio. Troubleshoot, report and manage activity on delinquent accounts at the various intervals. Work closely with Lender to manage maturing loans. Monitor financial statement exception reports and follow-up to clear up exceptions in a timely manner. Be a contact for the coordination of information between our customers and internal departments in the loan process. Below is a list of essential job functions. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the position. PROVIDE ENHANCED CLIENT SERVICE Help to expand, build and maintain relationships to provide an exceptional level of customer service. Find solutions to customer needs and concerns. Answers customer inquiries regarding payment amounts on accounts/loans and other credit information, and resolves associated problems. Provide support to Vice President of Commercial Services for ad-hoc projects and assignments. FOSTER OUR CULTURE Greet coworkers pleasantly and engage in welcoming and constructive conversations. FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL Ensure adherence to credit policy, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements. Complete regulatory due diligence; conduct thorough review of corporate and collateral documentation, including organizational documents, flood determinations, appraisals, lien searches, title commitments and UCC records. Prepares term sheets and commitment letters for final review. Review loan documentation, both internally prepared and attorney prepared to ensure accuracy of the approved terms and conditions. Resolves problems related to content of documentation. Assists Lenders with past due reports/notices and with extension and/or modification of matured loans.
