Position will be located in the Worthington Region.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Valid driver's license required.
Healthcare Provider CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
MN C.N.A. licensed required upon hire and completion of additional home health education requirements as established by the state of MN and agency required.
Work Schedule
PRN - Varied Shifts, as needed, casual requirements per department policy
Hours may vary from Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$18.25 - $24.00 per hour
