2ND SHIFT CRYOVAC MAINTENANCE TECH

SCHEDULE:

• 2nd shift, weekends as needed or required

• Flexible as needed or required

DUTIES:

• Manage all CRYOVACs, PM’s, Maintenance and Operation

• Stimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity of maintenance employees

• Ensure proper training of employees

• Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production

• Work closely with other maintenance and production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department

• Attend meetings as scheduled and called

• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have overall knowledge of the Maintenance Operation and the industry

• Knowledge and technical skills in a variety of maintenance jobs

• Must be people oriented, be able to understand employee’s needs, and be able to teach new skills to employees

• Understand and comply with Company policy and procedures

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational, math and statistical skills

• Good work history and attendance

• Team Player with leadership skills

• Technical training and certifications preferred but not required
