Job Summary

Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s, Incorporated, is the premier provider of armored car transportation, currency and coin processing, ATM servicing and other value-added services to financial institutions, retailers, and other commercial and government entities. The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees. We have a challenging opportunity for a Production Planning & Control (PP&C) Analyst.The PP&C Analyst is responsible for managing forecasting, production planning, and data analysis processes to support the CVS line of business. This role will lead demand forecasting, resource planning, and seasonal adjustments while assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives and new product launches. The PP&C Analyst interacts with internal and external stakeholders to provide operational support and ensure seamless execution at the field level. This position will leverage tools such as Power BI and Tableau to deliver insights and reporting for decision-making.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand forecasts to support operational planning and resource allocation.

  • Manage aggregate and backlog planning to ensure efficient workflows and timelines.

  • Perform materials requirement planning and align processes with finance plans.

  • Create equipment and schedule planning models to optimize production efficiency.

  • Maintain vault controls and ensure compliance with operational standards.

  • Support new business implementations, including launches and transitions, ensuring readiness and successful execution.

  • Provide reporting and analysis on performance metrics, trends, and seasonality adjustments.

  • Document business requirements and maintain project implementation plans for strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2-3 years of experience in forecasting and data analysis.

  • Production planning experience, including exposure to seasonality adjustments.

  • Operational or product support background.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Statistical analysis experience or exposure.

  • Experience with new or loss-of-business transitions.

  • Business analysis (BA), requirements gathering, and documentation skills.

  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboards.

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

  • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
