Cardinal Health Reporting and DA Advisor in Work from Home, Philippines
Accountabilities
Provides operational and reporting support regarding indirect spend for the enterprise
Extracts data from procurement systems and performs weekly, monthly, and quarterly summary reporting of all sourcing activities and status of procurement requests.
Responsible for analyzing data and summarizing results for leadership.
Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders.
Performs audits of policy and procedure conformance and develops summary reports on a monthly basis for submission to management.
Responsible for identification of savings opportunities through data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
For Internal Candidates:
Open to P2/P3
At least 1 year in their current role
BA, BS, or equivalent experience in related field
4-6 years of experience in related field
Strategic Sourcing (indirect or direct) or Data Analytics experience, preferred
Supplier management and contracting experience, preferred
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates a strong financial acumen.
Well versed in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tools. Experience using Alteryx and Tableau. Knowledge of enterprise software like SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and inclusively.
