The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Key Role Details
Hourly rate of $25.80 + Super + Incentives
Operational Hours: National Service Delivery 7:00am – 7:00pm (Monday – Friday)
Full-time and limited Part-time roles available – PT roles must be available to attend an initial 4-week training period FT and minimum 24 hours per week post training, with availability across all days of the week
Location: Work from Home - Every minute you’re working, you’re earning!
Initial equipment collection required
Successful applicants must be able to collect IT equipment from: Adelaide, Dandenong, Geelong, Melbourne, Parramatta, and Perth

Who are you?
Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
Must have minimum 30 Mbps download and 10Mbps upload for home office
Passionate about customer service
Eager to work towards goals and targets
Confident and capable in using computers and systems
Existing experience within a contact centre environment – highly desirable!
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
