Summary:
The Personal Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist will support the sales and service operations for Personal Lines business. Given the evolving market conditions, there is a heightened need to focus resources on retention efforts. Additionally, the Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist, will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a quality program for the Personal Lines sales and service, aimed at continuously enhancing the customer experience and driving improved results for the Agency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Development, with leadership, a comprehensive proactive retention program including value-added touches with customers
Development, with leadership, a quality program that ensures we are following our processes and use technology effectively to continually improve the customer experience
Use existing and create new data analytics tools for understanding retention trends and opportunities
Working with Account Management staff and customers on retention pivotal moments such as non-renewals, lost business, significant rate increases, etc,
Provide high-net-worth claims and issue resolution support
Provide support to service team during busy periods
Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years additional related experience in lieu of degree
7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
Property & Casualty License
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced designation (CIC, CPRM, etc.)
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
