Summary:

The Personal Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist will support the sales and service operations for Personal Lines business. Given the evolving market conditions, there is a heightened need to focus resources on retention efforts. Additionally, the Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist, will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a quality program for the Personal Lines sales and service, aimed at continuously enhancing the customer experience and driving improved results for the Agency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development, with leadership, a comprehensive proactive retention program including value-added touches with customers

• Development, with leadership, a quality program that ensures we are following our processes and use technology effectively to continually improve the customer experience

• Use existing and create new data analytics tools for understanding retention trends and opportunities

• Working with Account Management staff and customers on retention pivotal moments such as non-renewals, lost business, significant rate increases, etc,

• Provide high-net-worth claims and issue resolution support

• Provide support to service team during busy periods

• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years additional related experience in lieu of degree

• 7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience

• Property & Casualty License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced designation (CIC, CPRM, etc.)

• Excellent customer relationship management skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

  Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
