Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator and play a crucial role in producing high-quality automotive components. Your responsibilities will include operating 2-3 CNC Lathes, loading and unloading machines, positioning parts correctly, changing machine tooling, making process adjustments to maintain productivity and quality, and performing required inspections while documenting the results.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wooster, Ohio.

Work Environment

This position offers a dynamic work environment in a small modern facility with less than 200 employees, ensuring a tight-knit community feel. We operate on a 3-shift, 5-day work schedule, with opportunities for overtime and shift premiums. A plant-wide financial incentive program is paid out quarterly, supporting both professional growth and work-life balance. Shifts available include 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:20pm) and 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:20am).
