1st shift - CNC Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will operate multiple CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to maintain production quantities and achieve goals. You will be responsible for reading blueprints and work instructions and may need to lift, push, or pull parts weighing up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC machines (mills and lathes)

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Lift, push, or pull parts weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Essential Skills

• At least 1 to 2 years of CNC experience preferred

• Willing to consider candidates directly from trade school with CNC experience

• Diploma or GED required

• Ability to read blueprints

• Experience with mills and lathes

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with specific CNC machines (mills and lathes)

• Trade school graduates with CNC experience are welcome

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.14 - $20.14/hr.
