As a member of the Retail Pharmacy Product Development Omnichannel organization, you will be responsible for strategic innovation and integration across several channels such as, Inbound IVR, patient voicemail system, and Digital products, as well as, leveraging insights gained directly from patient data to influence future Enterprise solutions within Omnichannel and across partnering teams. This role will ultimately drive outcomes across many business units to contribute to the goal of continuing to improve the patient and colleague experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to develop, share, and support the execution of solutions to deliver on Omnichannel goals and vision

  • Collaborate with partners to identify insights and trends in qualitative and quantitative data to generate impactful solutions

  • Build and lead the presentation of insights and potential solutions to stakeholders across Operations, Product Development, Trade, and others to support and influence the prioritization of downstream work

  • Lead data-driven strategic decision-making while identifying opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development across existing channel products as well as possible new workstreams

  • Shape strategy for field deployment and communicate key updates to the field for the evolution of digital channel tests and enhancements through supporting the maintenance and deployment of solutions (i.e. communications, job aids, FAQs, etc.)

  • Possess strong project management and organization skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives and moving parts with a high level of attention to detail

The ideal candidate is an extremely effective communicator, detail oriented, with outstanding strategic analytical and problem-solving skills. They will have demonstrated success executing strategic data- based business solutions, communicating across matrixed stakeholders and influencing partners with different priorities. To achieve success, the Senior Manager will have strengths in managing and prioritizing multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines, the ability to develop effective cross-team working relationships and the capacity to work independently and adapt to rapidly evolving priorities. In addition, this colleague will be comfortable communicating relevant updates to senior leaders including field leadership. Within their own team, the ideal candidate will have a passion for leading through coaching. They will value and respond adeptly to feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in pharmacy business analytics, operations, or product management/development

  • 3+ years developing strategies leveraging data to mobilize the business to achieve goals and outcomes using innovative solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrated success delivering projects end-to-end

  • Experience developing roadmaps and business cases to support strategy and solution design

  • Knowledge of statistics (correlations, means, etc.) and experiment design.

  • Ability to successfully lead team of 1+ direct report

  • Experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials

  • Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy workflow.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills

  • 3+ years technical experience in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and manipulating data with Access or some other database

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, PharmD)

  • Advanced knowledge of business/analytical insights

  • Advanced knowledge of retail business operations, including in store pharmacy experience

  • Superior ability to influence with and without authority and build relationships

  • Demonstrate experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to refine strategies for multiple portfolios.

  • Previous experience using PowerBI, Tableau dashboards, or similar programs.

  • Proficient in project management including balancing, coordinating, and executing multiple competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
