Job Description

A large healthcare company is seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Modeler. They will be instrumental in analyzing business forecasts and running them through capacity planning tools to identify IT requirements necessary to support traffic during peak seasons. Your insights will help ensure that applications and infrastructure are prepared to meet demand effectively. As a Data Analyst/Modeler, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather forecasts and translate them into actionable insights. You will utilize capacity planning tools to model traffic scenarios, assess IT needs, and provide recommendations to optimize performance and resource allocation. Your analytical skills will be vital in supporting teams to ensure seamless operations during high-demand periods.

Skills and Requirements

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, or a related field.

· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, or similar.

· Experience with capacity planning tools and methodologies.

· Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. null
