A fortune 10 Retail Pharmaceutical company is looking for a PM to join the Business Product Team supporting an incredible digital product. This person will be brought on to work with numerous stakeholders on the digital product to influence and drive decision making. This person must be comfortable communicating across multiple different teams, ensuring teammates are delivering on time with high quality. You must have strong communication skill. Coming from a healthcare background is imperative to effectively understand how healthcare providers drive initiatives. This person must be comfortable in a hybrid environment in either Wellesley, MA, Harford CT or Woonsocket, RI 3 days a week.

$45/hr to $57/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• 5-10 years as a PM (5 in healthcare)

• Experience within digital/software development space

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, OneNote Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio

• Experience within Healthcare industry (insurance, health, medical etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience creating and maintaining project plans

Local candidate to Wellesley, MA / Woonsocket, RI / Hartford, CT - Strong IT (Information Technology) and Business project management and product development, budget management and execution experience in the Healthcare industry.

• Strong understanding of the Health Insurance Industry concepts

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Certified Scrum Master null
