Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale initiatives within our organization. This role involves overseeing project governance frameworks, budget tracking, and reforecasting investments. The successful candidate will ensure all finance reports are consolidated and communicated effectively to internal project departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage one or two large initiatives, including a platform migration project and AI implementation in care management.

 Oversee the preparation of project governance frameworks, budget tracking, and reforecasting of investments.

 Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework for financial tracking and value realization.

 Ensure all finance reports are consolidated and communicated to internal project departments and stakeholders.

 Collaborate with consulting firms to create detailed roadmaps and project plans.

 Secure funding and manage financial tracking for program delivery.

 Refine business cases and package them for the investment portfolio to secure funding.

 Track and evaluate the financial impact and value realization of initiatives.

Initiatives:

1. Platform Migration Project:

o Manage the migration of care management systems from four different clinical platforms to a consolidated system.

o Oversee the setup phase and secure funding for the project, with a kick-off scheduled for 2025.

o Work with consulting firms to develop detailed roadmaps and project plans.

2. AI Implementation in Care Management:

o Lead the implementation of AI solutions in the care management space.

o Track value realization and spending, ensuring the financial impact is identified and evaluated.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in project management, particularly in large-scale initiatives.

 Strong financial acumen with experience in budget tracking and investment reforecasting.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to collaborate with consulting firms and internal teams to develop detailed project plans.

 Experience in healthcare or care management is a plus.

 Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Skills and Requirements

- 4+ years of experience with Project/Program Management background space (particularly in large-scale initiatives)

- Experience within the financial realm

- Experience with general task support budget planning/business process design

- Bachelors degree

- Excel and PowerPoint - Healthcare experience
