Position Summary

The Analyst of Retail Workforce Management Internal & Field Support resides within the Store Operations Department and will be focused on driving operational process efficiencies for scheduling our colleagues in the field. You will be a key member in the success of providing accurate deliverables to support the mySchedule application including resolving colleague issues submitted through ServiceNow tickets, sorting, and answering shared mailbox questions, and maintaining the resources and layout of the WFM Field Support Page. In addition, this role will work closely with our vendor, Zebra, to raise issues identified in the system and perform detailed testing to validate fixes and improvements provided through system deployments.

This role will require collaboration and agility with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance our system usability. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be skilled in focusing on desired results, determining, and prioritizing what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and escalating issues effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.

The candidate should also be naturally curious and have a strong desire to learn how to operate in a large, complex, and diverse organization and take on increasing levels of complexity within the broader Workforce Management team. By developing these skills, the role will evolve to lead Field facing system based training and end-to-end project development support.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Perform key day-to-day system related tasks such as new store setup, user access maintenance, etc. to keep our scheduling system running smoothly.

  • Contribute feedback and ideas in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in a role requiring analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  • 1+ years’ experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ of Retail Store or Pharmacy experience; Experience with mySchedule system a plus

  • 2+ years’ experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, high proficiency preferred

  • 1+ years’ experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials

  • 1+ years’ experience communicating technical or healthcare information in an easy-to-understand manner for non-technical audiences

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
