Wanted: Industrial Maintenance Technician - Must Love Machines (and Fixing Them)

Are you the kind of person who can keep a machine running and keep it accountable? Do you thrive on fixing things, but also making sure they don't fall back into chaos the second you turn your back? If you're ready to step into a role where precision, reliability, and a sense of humor go hand in hand, then we need you!

Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: Somewhere between the factory floor and your trusty toolbox (WOODRUFF, SC) Job Type: Full-time (because machines don't know how to fix themselves—yet) Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM Salary: Competitive, plus the joy of knowing you're the reason everything works!

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: You've spent enough time around machines to know how to get them back to work when they misbehave. You know that diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance are key to keeping things moving.

  • Accountability: You take pride in what you do and take responsibility for your work. You make sure every repair is thorough, and every fix lasts. If something goes wrong, you own it—and make sure it doesn't happen again.

  • Problem Solver: You see a problem, you find a solution, and you follow through. No "quick fixes" here—if it's not right, you'll fix it until it is.

  • Team Player: We work together to keep this place running. You'll communicate openly with your team, share knowledge, and make sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to equipment health and maintenance.

What You'll Get:

  • A fun, fast-paced work environment where your technical expertise and accountability are valued (yes, we'll really count on you).

  • Tools and equipment that'll make you feel like the superhero you are.

  • A team that respects your commitment to excellence—and they know that your solutions aren't just “quick fixes,” but lasting improvements.

  • Accountability is a two-way street here. We'll hold you to high standards, but we'll also support you every step of the way to make sure you succeed.

Apply Now – Because if you're ready to step into a role where you can really make an impact and bring the reliability our machines deserve, we want to hear from you.
