ManpowerGroup Field Service Technician in Woodridge, Illinois

Our client, an industry leader in water purification treatments and wastewater solutions, is seeking a Field Service Technician/Technical Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding customer service skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 + incentives

What’s the Job?

  • Install, configure, and test systems at customer locations according to specifications and procedures.

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on existing equipment and systems.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues on-site.

  • Provide remote technical support via phone and email to both internal and external customers.

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a related role.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites across IL and IN.
