Your Job:
• Operates, monitors, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces facilities equipment and specialty areas to ensure proper functioning of facilities Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:• Operates, monitors, performs preventative maintenance, repairs and replaces facilities equipment and specialty areas to ensure proper functioning of facilities utilizing specialty equipment, analysis, and software systems• Lead, execute, support hands on, tactical troubleshooting efforts to resolve long term performance issues• Partners with other engineers, technicians, management, line supervision to resolve urgent failures as well as maintain efficient operations.• Develops or advises areas of improvement of operations and maintenance activities to enhance system performance, efficiency, cost effectiveness and consistency• Develops and/or identifies training requirements and safety procedures in assigned specialty areas.• Maintains or recommends maintenance tools, equipment, supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiencies• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as neededSee description for career level for general proficiency levels pertaining to Job Complexity, Accountability, Relationship Focus, and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Required Qualifications :
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-8 years in similar capacity and working experience in the semiconductor environment
