Description

Prominent National Bankruptcy and Restructuring consulting firm located in the Woodland Hills is seeking a long-term Bankruptcy Case Manager/Paralegal to assist in a variety of matters.

Top applicants will have 10+ years' of substantive experience in Chapter 11 proceedings, have experience counseling and advising clients on bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, have taken cases from inception through resolution, and can work a hybrid schedule in Woodland Hills.

Applicants will be must be commutable to Woodland Hils in a hybrid capacity. The firm is also open to looking at candidates in the following cities where there are satellite offices: Houston, TX / New York, NY / Chicago, IL / Boston, MA.

Requirements • Proficiency in Bankruptcy - Chapter 11 is essential

• Sound knowledge of general Bankruptcy procedures and practices

• Experience in handling Bankruptcy Filings

• Comprehensive understanding of Bankruptcy Law

• Familiarity with Chapter 7 Bankruptcy procedures
