Robert Half A/P Clerk in Woodland Hills, California

Description

We’re working with an entertainment company in the SF Valley who are looking for an A/P Clerk to support their team. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed

  • Facilitate internal and external audits as needed

  • Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling

  • Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed

  • Operate full-cycle A/P

  • Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

  • Perform special projects as assigned

  • Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily

  • Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department

    Requirements

3 years of AP experience
