Job Title: Extrusion Technician

Job Description

As an Extrusion Technician, you will maintain all records pertinent to a successful production run, including quality control and production control records. You will package and process all finished products in compliance with standard procedures and remove finished products from the production area to designated staging or storage areas. Additionally, you will operate all equipment related to obtaining, packaging, processing, weighing, and storing finished products. You will weigh and process all sub-standard products generated by a production run, assist and train operators in the use of equipment, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, and attend required training sessions including operations, safety, and forklift inspections. Consistently performing work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and orderly area at all times is essential.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Woodland, California. The facility operates on a 10-day on, 4-day off schedule, with shifts as follows: A: 7-3pm, B: 3-11pm, C: 11pm-7am. Temporary workers will see the following timesheet schedule: 7 day week: 56 hrs (16 hrs overtime), 3 day week: 24 hrs (4 days off - Thursday through Sunday off during this week). The facility is a non-climate-controlled environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodland, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
