David Evans and Associates Project Coordinator in Woodinville, Washington

DEA's Land Development Business Unit is currently recruiting a full-time Project Coordinator for our Woodinville, WA office. The Project Coordinator would be responsible for a variety of project-specific duties including general office tasks in a fast-paced professional consulting design firm. Duties would include the following: Preparing project contracts, project set-ups, and subsequent change orders; Setting up electronic project folders and overseeing the maintenance of project files; Preparing subconsultant agreements and subsequent change orders; Preparing and reviewing project invoices and progress reports; Reviewing project subconsultant invoices; Coordinating and scheduling project meetings, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes; Corresponding with clients and subconsultants; Formatting and performing quality reviews of large and small documents such as reports, letters, memos, minutes, etc.; Coordinating the production and distribution of deliverables to the client; Assisting Project Managers with organizing and managing project budgets; May provide basic administrative support to the Market Leader. Basic Qualifications: Minimum three years of experience in office administration and project coordination; Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; Strong skills in PDF editing software products; Experience with project contracts and invoicing as well as general accounting practices such as Accounts payable/Accounts receivable (AP/AR); Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proof-reading and editing; Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing competing requests; Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings and events for internal and external individuals; Customer service or quality control experience. Preferred Qualifications: Project related experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction firm; Solomon or Dynamics software experience a bonus Graphics/design/marketing experience a bonus.
