Pay & Schedule :

Pay : $28-$32/hr

Shift : 2nd shift 1PM or 2PM start time (Monday-Friday)

Job Description for Laser Operator :

• The Laser Operator uses laser machinery to cut, drill, engrave materials, primarily aluminum and small amount of steel.

• Set up, maintain, and repair laser machinery.

• Load materials into the computer numerical control (CNC) system.

• Use lenses or mirrors to focus the laser beam.

• Heat, melt, and vaporize materials.

• Create precise designs and shapes on materials like metal, plastic, and wood.

• Follow all GMP, FDA, and safety regulations.

• Prepare products for shipment.

Job Description for Press Brake Operator :

• Looking for a press brake operator to machine specialty overland equipment.

• The operator will be responsible for setting up and operating a press brake machine to bend, shape, or cut aluminum and occasionally steel sheets and plates according to blueprints and specifications.

• The operator ensures that the produced parts meet quality standards by performing necessary adjustments and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

• Set up and operate a press brake machine to bend, shape, or cut aluminum and steel sheets and plates.

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine machine settings and adjustments.

• Perform necessary adjustments and inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Job Description for Punch Press Operator :

• The punch press operator uses a punch press to create shapes and holes in materials like plastic and metal. They set up and operate the machine, and may also perform routine maintenance.

• Set up and operate the punch press

• Follow blueprints and instructions to cut, shape, and form materials

• Load materials into the machine

• Feed materials through the die

• Position and remove parts from the die

• Maintain equipment and calibrate gauge settings

• Monitor work schedules to determine production information

• Keep records of operational data

Essential Skills :

• 3+ years of laser operation experience.

• 3+ years of punch press experience

• 3+ years of press brake experience

• Proficiency in blueprint reading.

• Experience in machine operation and setup.

• Familiarity with aluminum fabrication.

• Ability to operate water jet machinery.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
