Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. This role primarily involves administrative tasks, customer service, and data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and handle customer data entries

• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate

• Organize files and documents in an efficient manner

• Schedule appointments as required

• Handle shipping functions and related tasks

• Perform scanning of documents and files as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience in providing Administrative Assistance

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Expertise in Organizing Files, ensuring easy retrieval and efficient storage

• Experience in Scanning documents, maintaining digital and physical records

• Ability to Schedule Appointments, managing calendars and coordinating meetings

• Knowledge of Shipping Functions, ensuring accurate processing and delivery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
