AriZona Beverages USA LLC VIP Sales Analyst in Woodbury, New York
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The VIP Sales Analyst will analyze sales margins on all packs with Account Managers as well as review all pricing. This position closely works with the Sales Data Analyst in preparation of promotions and post promotions. Analyze market trends, including competitors prices, consumer habits, marketing strategies and profitability.
Synthesize external trends with internal data, including material costs, productions costs, prices of products currently on the market, advertisement costs, current financial status and budget.
Deliver informed decisions about the appropriate price points for various products based on the analysis of internal and external data.
Communicate pricing decisions verbally and in written form to the sales and marketing teams.
Monitor the results of pricing decisions by evaluating performance in relation to budget and profit margins and communicating with the sales team regularly.
Sort carefully through data; analyze market strategies and consumer habits to help make decisions.
Revise pricing decisions if necessary, and proactively monitor products performance to determine whether reevaluation is needed.
Maintain detailed records for individual products that can be used to evaluate future market trends and inform future pricing decisions.
Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelors degree in economics, business, accounting, finance or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in business analytics
Head for numbers and how to translate
Analytical, evaluative and data-driven mindset
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented and accurate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
