Description We are on the search for a meticulous IT Auditor to join our team. This role revolves around auditing our IT systems, ensuring their compliance with industry and internal standards. The position is based in Woodbridge, New Jersey and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure

• Conduct thorough audits of IT processes and policies, using knowledge of Accounting Software Systems and Audit Programs

• Apply expertise in CobiT, DCAA, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in auditing tasks

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present audit findings to management

• Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans

• Assess and mitigate potential risks within our IT operations

• Ensure all IT activities align with our IT accounting functions

• Collaborate with various departments to carry out IT audit functions

• Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and security of IT systems

• Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Audit Program

• Familiarity with CobiT

• Understanding of DCAA

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Capable of performing Accounting Functions

• Ability to interpret Audit Findings

• Experience in Auditing

• Ability to develop and execute Audit Plans
