Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Accountant who is eager to jumpstart their career. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will be tasked with various responsibilities ranging from invoice processing to managing inquiries from internal and external sources.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate processing of vendor invoices.

• Conducting account reconciliation tasks effectively.

• Handling inquiries via email from both internal teams and external vendors.

• Working within capture and verifier systems to maintain accurate records.

• Managing discrepancies in invoices and rectifying them promptly.

• Conducting schedules, journal entries, and general ledger work efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to process vendor invoices efficiently and accurately

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Experience in account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in financial records

• Skill in identifying and resolving invoice discrepancies promptly and effectively
