Overview

An International Third Party Logistics Company is seeking a Warehouse Worker for its location. This facility handles air and ocean logistics, with a significant focus on Air Export. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading Unit Load Devices (ULDs) by taking products from pallets, centering them on the ULD, securing them, and covering them with a cargo net. Forklift drivers will transport the ULDs, and the Warehouse Worker will proceed to the next task. This general labor role includes training on properly loading the ULD. The typical schedule will be 9:30AM - 6:30 PM Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Load Unit Load Devices (ULDs) by centering products on the ULD.

• Secure products on the ULD and cover them with a cargo net.

• Assist forklift drivers in moving the ULDs.

• Perform general labor tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations, packaging, material handling, shipping, and receiving.

• 1+ year forklift operation

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

• Basic math skills.

• Basic understanding of reading and writing in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail in securing and loading products.

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Work Environment

The work environment is very clean and organized, with products moving in and out quickly. Although the facility is not temperature-controlled, there is consistent air flow and plenty of dock doors, making the temperature mild. The role involves a 50-hour work week, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
