Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Warehouse Clerk in the manufacturing industry located in WOOD DALE, Illinois, United States. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, from receiving and unloading deliveries to maintaining inventory and using warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive and unload deliveries from trucks.

• Utilize RF scanners to track warehouse inventory and operations.

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Handle materials within the warehouse for accurate distribution.

• Ensure the warehouse environment is kept clean and organized.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Participate in scrapping operations as necessary.

• Respond to material requests from within the organization.

• Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse records. Requirements • Proficiency in performing warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and sorting of goods

• Experience with warehouse distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods

• Familiarity with warehouse inventory management and ability to maintain accurate records

• Knowledge of operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

• Ability to perform cycle count to maintain inventory accuracy

• Experience with using RF Scanner for tracking and organizing inventory

• Must comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment

• Good physical health and strength to perform manual tasks

• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high level of work performance

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment would be advantageous.
