Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob Description

We are seeking two Mechanical Engineers to join our team for quality improvements and cost savings initiatives related to the mechanical design of our products. The roles include addressing issues such as customer rejects, sourcing more cost-effective materials, and redesigning parts for enhancement. Responsibilities include managing ECO changes, prototyping, design modifications, utilizing Oracle/ERP for parts database and inventory orders, designing and evaluating cost-effective product changes, developing test plans, validating design changes, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions into production.

Work Environment

The successful candidates will be integral members of the R&D Engineering function, responsible for generating, designing, validating, and implementing Value Analysis Value Engineering (VAVE) solutions for reliability and cost value improvements.
