The purpose of this role is to work as part of the Operations Team for Food Safety Solutions providing a high level of professional customer service to our clients. Ensuring the efficient planning, coordination and administrative support for all Consumer Products Assurance (CPA) audits. Including Social & Ethical and Technical audits.

This is a homebased role, with the requirement to attend a quarterly in person  meeting at a UK Eurofins site. Working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. 

  • Receiving audit requests. 

  • Allocate auditors. and managing the audit booking process. 

  • Initiate booking emails. 

  • Request of pre assessment documents. 

  • Confirm necessary booking information (business name, address, number of workers etc). 

  • Audit creation in Eurofins internal platform. 

  • Collect prepayment. 

  • Confirm audit date/window. 

  • Communicate with customers, if necessary. 

  • Request intercompany invoices for Global programs. 

  • Adhere to scheduling turn-around-time and timely proactive follow up. 

  • Follow Eurofins or client specific booking instructions. 

  • Review bookings status weekly with the Audit Operation Manager. 

  • Update a detailed weekly booking status to each customer. 

  • Work with the sales and Marketing Executive on quotations for specific cases. 

  • Send audit packs to the auditors within required timelines. 

  • Participate in meetings with local clients if needed. 

  • Promote or extend existing audit or other related service. 

  • Local key account contact for all Large / Group audit clients  . 

  • Drive continuous improvement of systems and ways of working. 

  • Experience in TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification industry.) is preferred.

  • Experience in communicating with manufacturers and managing processes. 

  • Responsible and able to be self-organized. 

  • High attention to detail. 

  • Excellent competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and databases is essential. 

  • Commitment to providing Excellent Customer Service is essential.

  • Ability to think on your feet, work well under pressure and a strong urge to get the job done are all essential for this role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is ability to have a flexible attitude to work and the constantly changing demands of the role and the industry.
