About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a highly numerate analyst with the ability to draw out insights from financial, operational and commercial information. Reporting into the Transformation Lead, you will bridge the gap between the Business, Transformation and Finance, and play a crucial role in supporting financial control and value assurance of EAS’s multi £billion Transformation programe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial modelling to support the development of business cases;

  • Development and tracking of benefits realization plans;

  • Insightful analysis that brings together financial and operational, data to help drive forward the Transformation of EAS;

  • Enhance and maintain management reporting, and forecasting models, such as top down and scenario planning;

  • Strengthen risk assessment and support the ongoing development of value milestones;

  • Support financial control and reporting of Transformation benefits and investments;

  • Definition of key performance indicators and track against these to assess the progress and value impact of our initiatives.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor's degree : Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics;

  • Experience in an analytical role in a complex organization is essential for this role;

  • Ideally has experience in digital transformation programes;

  • Ability to manipulate and interpret complex data and present insight in an accessible way;

  • Able to use own initiative, can work without supervision and deliver projects independently;

  • Highly motivated, driven by setting and achieving ambitious goals;

  • Resilient, capable of adapting to change always looking to improve efficiency;

  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable collaborating at all levels of the business.
