Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the electronic components and hardware industry. The chosen candidate will be based in our Woburn, Massachusetts location.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process shipments and receipts, primarily utilizing UPS/FedEx

• Manage inventory control through regular cycle counts

• Operate forklift for warehouse operations, certification is beneficial but not mandatory

• Participate in kitting projects for order fulfillment

• Ensure the workplace remains clean and organized at all times

• Handle the pulling, cutting, packing, and shipping orders in a high-speed distribution environment

• Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently

• Pay close attention to detail and organization in all tasks

• Regularly lift items weighing up to 50lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

• Utilize Excel, Word, and Outlook for various tasks

• Comply with AS9100 requirements where applicable. Requirements • Entry-level position; no previous years of experience required

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is desired

• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies software is a plus

• Experience with Epic Software is preferred

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is beneficial

• Competency in ERP Solutions is advantageous

• Ability to use About Time software is appreciated

• Capability to handle Answering Inbound Calls is required

• Experience in Auditing is necessary

• Proficiency in creating Charts - Graphs is desired

• Ability to handle Clerical Duties is essential
