We are offering a PART TIME long term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Woburn, Massachusetts. As a Bookkeeper, your responsibility will be to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations in our organization. You will be working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and familiarity with QuickBooks are paramount.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the accounts payable function of our organization

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in our financial records

• Execute journal entries as part of the financial record keeping process

• Post payments accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records

• Utilize QuickBooks software for various bookkeeping tasks

• Conduct account reconciliation activities to ensure accurate bookkeeping

• Perform data entry tasks related to bookkeeping and financial management

• Oversee and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.

Requirements • Minimum of one year experience working as a Bookkeeper

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations

• Strong Bookkeeping skills

• Proficient data entry skills

• Experience using QuickBooks software
