CHULA VISTA INC Maintenance Technician in WISCONSIN DELLS, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Shift differential available for 2nd shift *Perform on demand and prevenative maintenance repairs for all guest rooms, kitchen areas and public areas at Chula Vista including the adjacent employee housing buildings. *Reports to Maintenance Manager. *Repairs may include plumbing, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, and carpentry. *Respondto work orders as assigned in and complete them per SOP in property\'s digital work order system. *Makes daily prevenative maintenanceinspections. *Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment, appliances, elevators, fire alarm system, doorlock system, electrical and relatedsystems. *Respond and perform duties in a timely and efficient manner. *Knowledge of safety requirements is a MUST- operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times. *Assist to oversee the property grounds, public areas, and hotel\'s guest rooms. *Display a calm and attentive approach in solving problems and handling difficult situation, collecting information and sincerely helping to resolve them. *Determine, communicate, and monitor personal and department achievements and performance standards on a daily basis. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: *Skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job, operation of equipment, and adhere to safety practices. *Ability to work with a digital work order system on a hand-held device. *The ability to work under limited supervision and able to communicate with other staff positions is important. *Must be able to follow instructions to learn position.
