CENTRAL WI COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL Maintenance Program Assistant in WISCONSIN DELLS, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: CWCAC, Inc. is seeking a part-time maintenance person to assist primarily in Juneau County (Mauston & Necedah) with flexibility to assist in Adams County as needed. Assist in property management of CWCAC buildings including but not limited to lawn mowing, snow removal, and light maintenance ensuring a home-like environment for residents of apartment buildings. Ensure well-coordinated and communicated efforts in operations, maintenance, and occupancy.
