BayCare is looking for its newest Wound Care, ANM in Winter Haven, FL. The Wound Care Assistant Nurse Manager is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information. Performs other duties as assigned. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Licensure & Certification:

• RN license is required

• BLS is required

Education:

• Required Bachelor’s in Nursing

Experience:

• Required experience is 2 years RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience
