WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR MANAGER TALENT DEVELOPMENT - L&D PROGRAMS

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Leads a team in the identification, development, testing and implementation of new learning methodologies and functions to accomplish goals.

  • Brings to bear internal and external networks of peers, and cross-functional relationships with Leadership and other key collaborators to build credibility to drive strategy and to influence and manage change.

  • Classroom and/or virtual facilitation of corporate curriculum with a focus on professional skill development.

  • Designs, develops, and implements training solutions and processes that meet business needs which may include instructor led trainings, virtual classrooms, webcasts, eLearning, and early-career program support.

  • Maintains awareness of emerging technologies and communicates value/impact to meet cross functional objectives.

  • Leads projects delivering business benefits on time, within scope and within budget utilizing project management field. These projects may include with or through vendors as well as cross functional collaborators.

  • Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs.

  • Select and manage resources, both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.

  • Identifying training needs by consulting with collaborators and needs assessment processes.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • +5 years of experience

  • Experience supervising, mentoring, and leading teams

  • Experience leading and facilitating training programs, team strategy and/or team building sessions

  • Awareness of established and emerging learning and development technologies

  • A proven track record of training program development Project Management capabilities: Lean, Agile, etc.

  • Experience managing a catalog of learning development offerings

  • Excellent interpersonal skills working with clients, vendors, external partners, and project team members

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp discernment.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
