ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Consumer Experience is seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join the Digital AEM and Analytics Operations team responsible for the development of websites, communication and partnerships that enable the Company’s sophisticated data-driven investment strategies. As a key member of an exciting and fast-paced group, this role requires a high degree of expertise in the AEM development space with the ability to help set standards, establish guidelines and best practices, as well as provide technical consultation and development leadership to AEM Development and Adobe Analytics operations. The ideal candidate must have experience developing AEM web applications, reusable components, assets, and integration with Adobe suite of products and services. This candidate will work with diverse business partners and must have the ability to juggle concurrent development efforts. As a manager of the AEM / Analytical space, this candidate will have a key role in designing, building, testing, deploying and contributing to the standards of AEM / Analytics applications.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Lead a team of AEM / Analytics managers and agency resources, deploying campaigns for 12+ brands.
Act as a stakeholder of the consumer database of over 9 million active consumers.
Serve as an expert and team lead in the use of AEM and Adobe Analytics products and the methods by which it can be used to effectively optimize digital business.
Knowledgeable of the Technology solutions in support of customer journey building operations primarily using AEM, Adobe Target, including integration with Campaign V8 and AEP.
Own creation/ design communication strategy and oversee production process for AEM, Analytics and Target deployments.
Optimize performance through A/B testing, personalization, creative, and dynamic content management.
Provide hands-on building and implementation of AEM/ Analytics set up, validation, execution, testing and delivery utilizing dynamic content and database integration.
Define technical and creative requirements for AEM Ops / Analytics
Partner with the database team and other internal teams to leverage relevant data and contribute to content production to ensure seamless deployment.
Monitor internal testing results and industry best practices.
Integrate learnings to ensure optimal results, improve AEM campaign experience and compliance around permission-based marketing.
Troubleshoot any errors / outages that occur with the AEM and Adobe Analytics platforms.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s degree required, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
5+ years of regulated industry experience
5+ years of Digital Marketing experience
Strong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skills.
2-3+ years’ experience in the Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics
Adobe Certified Expert certification
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize across many internal and Business projects.
Experience in delivering Adobe Experience Manager sites with integration to other Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
Experience with designing solution for responsive web sites and best practices in multi-channel environments.
Experience in working with different business stakeholders at all levels of the company and influence the technical decision for implementations.
Strong experience and familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and investigate improvements to processes.
Experience in working with multicultural teams at different levels in the organization.
Proven experience in owning a platform and proactively driving towards excellence.
