Job Summary

Are you ready to take the next step in your career with an exciting role that offers both challenge and reward? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Director to join our management team, overseeing multiple food service units within the district. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, achieving financial targets, and fostering strong client relationships.

Enjoy the vibrant and diverse cities of Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and Raleigh while making a significant impact in our organization.

This role requires day-to-day travel to different accounts across the market; overnight travel is 25%. Company Car Provided.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direction, motivation, and guidance to District Managers, Directors of Dining Services, and other team members.

  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of foodservice management to develop and implement action plans that drive success.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients, maintaining effective rapport with all stakeholders.

  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure financial and operational goals are met.

  • Administer personnel policies consistently and fairly, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in all interactions.

  • Monitors financial reports of the accounts to ensure budgetary compliance with Division and Corporate goals.

  • Participates in the business acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in foodservice management with a proven track record.

  • Apply strong strategic thinking skills to deliver and measure effective action plans.

  • Maintain a proactive and positive attitude while interacting professionally with a diverse group of associates, suppliers, clients, and customers.

  • Ensure excellence in customer service and possess outstanding communication skills.

  • Exercise good judgment in assisting customers, clients, peers, and subordinates.

  • Oversee consistent and fair administration of personnel policies.

  • Manage planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region and/or district.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of five years of experience in foodservice management.

  • Proven experience in P&L management.

  • Experience in contract-managed services.
