As a Program Coordinator, you will assist the Program Management team with various Modification and Upgrade (MAU) programs across our portfolio of Interiors products. The position will allow for growth opportunities to quickly make an impact within a fast-growing business segment while building program management skillsets and capabilities. This candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply-chain, sales & business development, often with limited supervision, and have opportunities to gain experience with external vendors and customers as well.

This role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist program managers in developing and implementing program plans for new and existing MAU programs.

  • Prepares and provides program presentation materials to provide information on status and performance against metrics.

  • Assists in tracking program progress to identify and mitigate potential risks

  • Attends weekly program status meetings, to include WAR (Walk Around Review) board and line schedule reviews.

  • Supports customer meetings by assisting program manager, helping necessary preparations, and recording meeting minutes

  • Coordinates communications between internal and external stakeholders

  • Analyzes data and monitors programs to ensure adherence to contract scope of work, cost, schedule and technical specifications, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Group lead in creating and maintaining program schedules, creation and maintenance of program documentation

  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the MAU programs team

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, etc)

    Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experienced with project scheduling methodology.

  • Adobe Acrobat

  • Familiarity with operations/manufacturing engineering organizations in the aerospace industry

  • Experienced in working independently and part of a team to identify solutions for unique problems.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
