Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Machine Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

Location: Winston Salem, NC

Shift: 4/3-12hr shifts

Pay Range: $52,000 - $72,800

What's the Job?

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure continuous production.

• Complete and document preventive maintenance on equipment.

• Assist higher positioned maintenance personnel with repairs and mechanical work.

• Support new installations of mechanical equipment to comply with safety and code requirements.

• Work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and facility engineers in a team environment.

What's Needed?

• 5-10yrs of machine maintenance

• Experience with hand and power tools used in mechanical and plumbing trades.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and equipment manuals.

• Forklift operator license and hazardous material handling certification.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with Secret Level Clearance required.
