Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team. This role is vital in providing IT support and solutions to our internal team members. It offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, within a dynamic workplace environment in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for all IT-related concerns and problems.

• Manage and maintain Apple Devices and Mac Computers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365.

• Handle configuration management and ensure all systems are up-to-date.

• Use Active Directory for network management and user access control.

• Address and rectify printer problems, ensuring smooth operation of all printer hardware.

• Oversee the deployment and configuration of new computer hardware.

• Provide software support to team members.

• Maintain accurate records of all IT issues and solutions provided. Requirements • Proficiency in Mac Computers is required.

• Comprehensive knowledge of software and systems.

• Experience with Active Directory is necessary.

• Familiarity with Apple Devices is expected.

• Ability to troubleshoot Computer Hardware issues.

• Skilled in Configuration Management.

• Experience in Deployments is essential.

• Proficiency in Office 365 is required.

• Ability to solve Printer Problems effectively.
