RTP Company Quality Engineer in Winona, Minnesota
Description The Quality Engineer participates in the daily product approval activities in the quality assurance department and will also engage in the daily Engineered Thermoplastic Compound injection molding and testing protocols. Responsibilities Ensure quality objectives are met: On-Time Shipment, Conforming Product, and Customer Satisfaction Have an in-depth knowledge of the test equipment and procedures Engage in daily QA testing as required Provide training of QA lab employees. Provide support for all areas as it relates to the site quality system. Coordinate the continuous refinement of systems used in the lab Perform specification reviews both internal and external as required Project work as assigned by Corporate QA Manager Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.
