Job Description:

Are you admired for your attention to detail, exacting standards and willingness to help others deliver an outstanding customer experience to our high value clients? If so, then apply for the position of PIA Client Relationship Associate today. In this role, you will provide business and relationship management as well as planning support to Investment Advisors (IAs) for enabling them deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

In addition, you will:

· Provide functional specialized business services, advisory and process/program support

· Assist IA in building integrated and customized solutions based on clients' unusual needs

· Build relationships with existing clients, IA Bank branches and other Bank referral sources

· Demonstrate financial planning expertise to support IA and produce high quality plans that exceed client expectations and improve client retention and loyalty

· Participate in client meetings and the wealth planning process; organize client seminars/events

· Match clients to their products and services in a professional, consistent and expedient manner

· Maintain a culture of risk management; adhere to internal policies and procedures and protect the interests of the Bank by monitoring and raising transaction activity as required

· Monitor service quality and productivity; implement continuous improvement

· Keep current on emerging trends and keep others informed and up to date on work status, progress

· Participate fully as a team member, support a positive professional team environment

Job Requirements:

· Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook

· Requirement of the role that you become licensed with Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Registered Representative (RR)

· Desirable: Undergraduate Degree or Community College Diploma

· Desirable: Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

· Strong communication skills with ability to work confidentially, independently as well as in a team
