We are currently hiring over night Maintenance Mechanicsfor the Windsor CT area! This opportunity offers significant potential for growth, ample overtime, and training for qualified candidates. Further details about this role are provided below. Pay: $21/hr- training will be about 18 months and rates can go up to $35/hr Shifts Available: 6pm-6am- Rotating schedules- 1 week you will work 3 days and the following week will be 4 days! Responsibilities

Responsible for machine setups and preventative maintenance of all production equipment, as well as provide continuous improvement to the preventative maintenance process.

Skills/Experience we are looking for:

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools

• Standard and metric wrenches and sockets

• Screwdrivers

• Electric Meters and Tester

• Saws

• Dsrills

• Electric Sander/Grinder

• Machine shop tools

• Experienced with standard and advanced tools

• Computer skills

• Ability to comprehend parts/operator manuals

• Good communication skills, verbal and written

• Required technical expertise that can read: schematics and prints

• Run and Adjust Machine

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

Skills

• Maintenance (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Mechanical Maintenance (1 year of experience is preferred)

• General Maintenance (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Blueprints (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Electrical (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Blueprint Reading (1 year of experience is preferred)

• schematics (1 year of experience is preferred)
