Schedule: 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Providing high level, professional, and effective customer service

• Answering all calls with a positive and cheerful attitude

• Accurately entering customer orders to ensure error-free order entry

• Developing knowledge and expertise of the customer service functions within the TECSYS system

• Reviewing orders received to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Proactively contacting customers to clarify any irregularities or changes to orders

• Encouraging increases to customer orders to benefit the customer

• Participating in marketing campaigns and promoting company products

• Handling customer inquiries and exceeding expectations

• Providing necessary information and assistance to customers

• Performing other duties as assigned

• Maintaining regular and dependable attendance

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Thrive on providing assistance and solving problems

• Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Are computer literate, including Microsoft Office

• Have attention to detail and a sense of urgency

• Possess excellent telephone voice and persona

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Have 3-5 years of customer service experience
