Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Sterling, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling orders, entering parts into our proprietary system, and managing shipping and receiving functions. This position requires strong computer skills for scanning parts and entering customer orders. The parts and products handled are high volume with many pieces, and customization according to customer specifications is essential.
Responsibilities
Pull orders accurately and efficiently.
Enter parts and customer orders into the proprietary system.
Manage shipping and receiving functions.
Handle high-volume parts and products.
Customize orders according to customer specifications.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma.
2-3 years of warehouse experience.
1 year of computer experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with RF ID guns.
Strong forklift experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in inventory control.
Experience with general labor tasks.

Work Environment
You will be working in a warehouse environment equipped with fans but no air conditioning. Be prepared to work in a hot environment. The primary shift is from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM once a month. Another available shift is from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with the same rotating Saturday schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
