As our RN MDS Coordinator, you will:
Oversee the comprehensive Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Requirements
Active RN License in good standing
RAC-CT Certification
MDS Expertise: Proficient in completing and overseeing Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, facilitate meetings, and mentor staff in MDS processes.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to assess data trends and implement effective performance improvement initiatives.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, and regulatory bodies.
Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with Virginia state regulations related to nursing home quality assurance programs.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans
