Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative / Patient Services Coordinator in the healthcare industry. The role is located in Wilton, Connecticut, and provides a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Administrative / Patient Services Coordinator I, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and coordinating patient services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process patient service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

• Handle and resolve patient inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

• Process financial notes related to patient services.

• Monitor patient accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Collaborate with other team members to enhance patient services.

• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

• Continually update skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient services.

• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent educational certification.

• Prior experience in an administrative or patient services role is preferred.

• Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with financial notes and patient services is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.

• Must have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Should exhibit exceptional customer service skills and empathy when interacting with patients.

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines is required.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment.
