Siemens is investing heavily in 3D Integrated Circuit Packaging design technology as we grow our Innovator 3DIC portfolio. This exciting new 3DIC Flow Product Manager position reports to the Vice President of Strategy and Technology. In the role of this exciting new 3DIC Flow Product Manager, you will join a high-performing team that is rapidly growing its business in a fast-growing market segment.

As the 3DIC Flow Product Manager Product Manager, you will be responsible for the helping to implement product strategies, including assembling product roadmaps and documenting development priorities. As a member of the Product Management team, you will work closely with customers, key industry and academia technologists, Market Development, R&D, and key Siemens DISW technologists to implement programs to maximize business in this product line. You will need to be able to align product line strategies into programs, initiatives, and tactics. Experience in understanding, documenting and prioritizing customer requirements into business, product and engineering plans is a plus.

A successful candidate must have a strong desire and enthusiasm for working with customers, account teams, internal groups and other industry experts to maximize our business in the semiconductor and systems market segments. You will need to effectively communicate with multiple levels of organizations, from engineers to managers when gathering requirements and promoting our solutions to customers. Driving collaboration is a must along with the ability to indirectly influence others within marketing, engineering and sales, across divisions and with 3rd party partners.

An optimal candidate must have practical exposure IC Packaging and associated manufacturing technologies, with a focus on understanding how design tools and methodologies have a real impact on the manufacturability in the packaging world. An understanding of chiplet technologies, substrate materials and optimization for manufacturing is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with appropriate early adopter customers/partners based on business alignment. Implement partnerships to support the business objectives:

  • Define flow solutions across multiple product groups to enable a world class 3DIC packaging flow

  • Collect, update, and maintain competitive information.

  • Support collaboration with other complementary product groups.

  • Develop business relationships with strategic customers and account teams. Implement plans to ensure sales engagement and business success.

  • Assemble 1-3 year roadmaps. Support collateral priorities including new product introduction and business introduction presentations.

  • Support messaging, positioning, and communicating to the industry for awareness and to the field for sales effectiveness. Represent Siemens in relevant consortia and industry standards meetings.

Requirements

A candidate must bring the following requirements

· BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

  • A mixture of business, marketing, and technical skills

  • Demonstrated domain experience in IC Packaging from design to manufacturing

  • Understanding of relevant interconnect technologies

The salary range for this position is $145,700 to $262,300 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
